Hi, I'm Kathleen Thomson, founder of ChicKlutter, an organizing business built on the belief that thoughtfully curated spaces create a more peaceful, elevated way of living. Organization has always come naturally to me. As the oldest of four daughters, I developed a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail from an early age.
After earning my degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Maryland, I spent nearly five years in New York City building my career across wellness, luxury retail, hospitality, real estate, and operations. During that time, I managed a wellness spa, worked in retail at ALO Yoga, earned my 200-hour YogaWorks teaching certification, successfully completed all New York State requirements to become a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and supported real estate professionals throughout the New York City market.
Returning to Bucks County, I continued to build my expertise in client service and operations, advancing into a leadership role at Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center while also supporting KOLA Property Management with office organization and administrative operation's. March 2026, I became a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent with Keller Williams, further expanding my commitment to serving clients throughout the Bucks County real estate market.
I am currently a cosmetology student at Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, where I'm expanding my passion for beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best. My love for style and beauty began at a young age, often styling my sisters' hair for school dances, formals, and special occasions. Pursuing cosmetology felt like a natural next step—an opportunity to develop a lifelong passion into a profession while exercising my creativity in a meaningful way. I look forward to one day building a career that reflects my own vision, where I can combine creativity, personal connection, and exceptional service to help others feel confident inside and out.

Whether preparing a home for sale, creating functional living spaces, or simplifying everyday life, my goal is to help clients feel more at peace, organized, and inspired in the spaces they call home.
